Paul has taught the capstone Fundamentals of Strategic Management, plus Entrepreneurship & Small Business, for the State University of New York, University at Buffalo School of Management in Singapore. During the summer session, Paul taught the capstone Fundamentals of Strategic Management for the University at Buffalo on its Buffalo, New York, campus. On occasion, Paul taught the Master's Level Regional Business in the Pacific Rim course, and the MBA Capstone course, for Daemen University, in Amherst, New York.
Since 2012, Paul McAfee taught college business courses in China and Vietnam for Keuka College, Penn Yan, NY. His Chinese and Vietnamese students earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from Keuka College.

Paul and his wife, Laurie, settled in Western New York in 1998. Paul came to the Buffalo area to work for Danaher Corp. at its American Sigma business in Medina, NY.
Paul’s senior executive background includes several industries, especially consumer and business sales and marketing leadership roles at Kodak, Sprint, and Danaher. In his marketing consulting work, Danaher subsequently retained him twice to help reconfigure marketing in their environmental instruments division.
Since establishing eXubrio Group in 2002, Paul and his team have led efforts resulting in dramatic improvements for other Fortune 500 clients as well as smaller companies and startups. Paul is skilled in developing and implementing fully integrated global sales and marketing strategies, and national public relations campaigns.
Paul is a veteran of the US Army, having served from 1968 to 1971. He is a Vietnman Veteran.
Paul earned his MBA in 1995 from the University of Rochester, Simon Business School. Financial Times of London has ranked Simon Business School No. 2 in the world for finance and No. 5 in the world for economics in specialty rankings published on January 30, 2017. Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts & Humanities degree in 1974, with majors in Radio, Television & Film Production, and in Mathematical Linguistics, from the University of Maryland. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Graduate School of Education at the State University of New York, University at Buffalo.
